Scope
This standard specifies the main components and quality requirements of quick-frozen lobsters, food additives, hygiene and operation, labeling, sampling, inspection and analysis, and related requirements for defect and batch acceptance.
This standard applies to fresh or cooked quick-frozen rock lobsters, spiny lobsters, and slipper lobsters. In addition, it also applies to fresh or cooked squat lobsters (red squat lobsters and yellow squat lobsters).
