This document specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of cold water (heat pump) units for industrial or commercial use and similar applications.
This document applies to cold water (heat pump) units driven by electric motors using a vapor compression refrigeration cycle, including process-type cold water (heat pump) units and comfort-type cold water (heat pump) units with a nominal cooling capacity greater than 50kW (hereinafter referred to as "units"). Other similar units may be used as reference.
