Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, and testing methods for the water quality of heating and air conditioning systems. This standard applies to centralized air conditioning circulating cooling water and circulating cold water systems, direct evaporation and indirect evaporation cooling water systems, and centralized heating circulating hot water systems with a water temperature not exceeding 95 °C.
This standard does not apply to air conditioning humidification circulating water systems.
