Scope

This standard specifies the grade, technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation method for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of major production processes of polyester polyurethane products.
This standard applies to the calculation and evaluation of energy consumption in the following processes of polyester polyurethane enterprises: polyester polymerization process, solid-phase polycondensation process of fiber-grade polyester chips, solid-phase polycondensation process of recycled fiber-grade polyester chips, melt direct spinning process, spinning process of fiber-grade polyester chips, spinning process of recycled fiber-grade polyester chips, and energy consumption control of polyester filament yarn drawing process. It also applies to the energy consumption control of new (modified or expanded) construction projects.
