This document specifies the consistency testing of the newly installed electric energy measurement system (EMS) on traction units, including integrated consistency testing and installation consistency testing; it also stipulates the consistency testing procedures for replacing equipment and auxiliary components (for example, due to damage in service) and regular inspections to verify whether the EMS consistency testing is still effective.
