GB/T 25119-2021 Railway applications—Electronic equipment used on rolling stock
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the use, design, manufacture, and testing of electronic devices installed on rail transit locomotives and vehicles, as well as the basic software and hardware requirements for their durability and reliability. If appropriate, additional requirements in other standards or specifications may be used as supplementary requirements to this document. The terms of agreement that may be negotiated between the parties are described in Appendix A. This document applies to all control, regulation, protection, diagnostic, and power supply electronic devices installed on rail transit locomotives and vehicles, which can be powered by onboard batteries or generators, or by low-voltage power sources (transformers, voltage dividers, auxiliary power supplies) directly or indirectly connected to the overhead contact network. In practical applications, the special requirements necessary to ensure the functional safety level are determined by GB/T 21562-2008, clauses 4.6.3.1, 4.6.3.2, and Appendix A. When residual risks still exist and the function needs to be performed by a software-driven programmable electronic system, consider a software safety integrity level of 1 or higher, as specified in GB/T 28808-2021. In this document, "electronic devices" (hereinafter referred to as "devices") refer to devices primarily composed of semiconductor devices and other general components, which are typically mounted on printed circuit boards. Note: This document also applies to sensors (such as current, voltage, speed, etc.) and trigger boards for power electronic devices. For complete trigger devices, refer to GB/T 25122.1.
