Scope
This document stipulates the requirements for the production water, sensory and physical-chemical indicators of fresh seawater fish, describes the corresponding test methods, and sets forth the requirements for inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This document applies to fresh seawater fish that have not been processed after capture, chilled seawater fish, and fresh seawater fish that have only had their internal organs removed and received no other treatment. Fresh seawater fish that have had their scales, heads, and internal organs removed and received no other treatment may refer to this document for implementation.
