Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, labeling, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for fresh seawater fish. This standard applies to fresh seawater fish that have not been processed after capture, fresh seawater fish that have been frozen, and fresh seawater fish that have been gutted but not processed in any other way. Fresh seawater fish that have only been scaled, beheaded, and gutted but not processed in any other way can also refer to and implement this standard.
