Scope
This section specifies the requirements for the selection and installation of marine coaxial cables (hereinafter referred to as cables).
This section applies to the selection and installation of connecting cables between shipboard high-frequency signal equipment (equipment that transmits signals with a frequency greater than 105 Hz and is asymmetric with respect to ground) and communication and radar system equipment.
