Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model numbering methods, basic parameters, technical requirements, and test methods for rotary blade step-type lawn mowers powered by lithium-ion batteries (hereinafter referred to as "lithium-ion lawn mowers"). This standard applies to rotary blade step-type lawn mowers powered by rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs (battery groups) with a nominal voltage not exceeding 75 V DC. This standard does not apply to: -- rotary blade step-type lawn mowers powered by universal battery packs or battery groups installed by users themselves; -- rotary blade step-type lawn mowers powered by sources other than lithium-ion batteries.
