Scope

本标准规定了在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定的术语、定义和符号、总论、断裂与塑性失效评定、疲劳失效评定。本标准适用于在用钢制含超标缺陷压力容器的安全评定。锅炉、管道以及其他金属材料制容器中的受压元件在进行安全评定时也可参照使用。本标准适用于含下列类型缺陷的受压元件的安全评定：a）平面缺陷：包括裂纹、未熔合、未焊透、深度大于或等于1 mm的咬边等；b）体积缺陷：包括凹坑、气孔、夹渣、深度小于1 mm的咬边等。本标准不适用于下列压力容器和结构：a）核能装置中承受核辐射的压力容器和结构；b）机器上非独立的承压部件（如压缩机、发电机、泵、柴油机的承压壳或气缸等）；c）承受直接火的受压元件；d）电力行业专用的封闭式电气设备的电容压力容器（封闭电器）；e）潜在失效模式包含蠕变的压力容器和结构。
