Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for nylon 6 drawn filament for sewing thread.
This standard applies to nylon 6 drawn filament for sewing thread with a linear density of 55 dtex to 1,111 dtex, a single filament linear density of 1.5 dtex to 9.0 dtex, a circular cross-section, and glossy or semi-matte natural color. Other types of nylon 6 drawn filament for sewing thread can be used as reference.
