JG/T 293-2010 Die-casting aluminum alloy radiator
Basic Information
Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models and markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of die-cast aluminum alloy radiators (hereinafter referred to as radiators).
1.2 This standard applies to radiators that use hot water as the heat medium, with a working pressure not exceeding 1.0 MPa and a heat medium temperature not exceeding 95 °C.
1.3 For integral and combined radiators, the pH value of the hot water should be between 7.0 and 8.5, the chloride ion content should not exceed 30 mg/L, and the dissolved oxygen should not exceed 0.1 mg/L; for composite radiators, the pH value of the hot water should be between 7.0 and 12.0, the chloride ion content should not exceed 300 mg/L, and the dissolved oxygen should not exceed 0.1 mg/L. Other water quality indicators should comply with the provisions of GB 1576.
