RB/T 017-2019 Evaluation methods and requirements of low carbon products—Three-phase distribution transformers

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the evaluation of low-carbon products of three-phase distribution transformers, including basic requirements, evaluation indicators and evaluation value requirements, and the calculation method of carbon emissions. It also stipulates the rules that the evaluation report of low-carbon products should comply with.
This standard applies to the carbon emission evaluation of key stages of the life cycle of oil-immersed distribution transformers with a rated capacity of 30 kVA to 2,500 kVA, a rated frequency of 50 Hz, a voltage level of 10 kV, three-phase, non-excited voltage regulation, oil-immersed amorphous core distribution transformers, dry-type distribution transformers, and dry-type amorphous core distribution transformers. It also applies to the evaluation of the carbon emission results of key stages of the life cycle of products by third-party institutions and the evaluation of low-carbon products.
This standard does not apply to gas-insulated transformers.
