Scope

This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, energy efficiency limits, energy-saving evaluation values, and test methods for three-phase distribution transformers.
This standard applies to three-phase 10 kV voltage-class, non-excitation voltage regulation, and oil-immersed distribution transformers with a rated capacity of 30 kVA to 1,600 kVA, as well as dry-type distribution transformers with a rated capacity of 30 kVA to 2,500 kVA.
This standard does not apply to gas-insulated transformers.
