Scope

This part of GB/T 25758 specifies a method for measuring the focal size by X-ray photographs with clear edges. This method requires that the focal size be between 5 μm and 300 μm, and the tube voltage of the X-ray tube can be up to 225 kV.
The quality and resolution of X-ray images largely depend on the characteristics of the focal point. The imaging quality of the focal point is based on the two-dimensional radiation intensity distribution of the target plane.
For identification purposes, X-ray photography technology is used.
