本文件规定了采用钼蓝分光光度法、氟硅酸钾滴定法和高氯酸重量法测定锰铁、锰硅合金、微低碳锰硅合金、氮化锰铁和金属锰中的硅含量。
本文件适用于锰铁、锰硅合金、微低碳锰硅合金、氮化锰铁和金属锰中硅含量的测定。测定范围(质量分数):0.10%~40.00%。方法一:钼蓝分光光度法,适用于金属锰中硅含量的测定,测定范围(质量分数)0.10%~2.00%;方法二:氟硅酸钾滴定法,适用于锰硅合金、微低碳锰硅合金中硅含量的测定,测定范围(质量分数)12.00%~40.00%;方法三:高氯酸重量法,适用于锰铁、锰硅合金、微低碳锰硅合金、氮化锰铁、金属锰中硅含量的测定,测定范围(质量分数)0.50%~40.00%。
