Scope
本规程适用于标称频率为50 Hz 或60 Hz，标称电压不超过600 V 的安装式交流电能表的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检查。
对具备多费率、最大需量、预付费等功能的电能表（如智能电能表、多功能电能表、多费率电能表等），规程规定了相应的检定项目。其他具有上述功能的仪表，可以参照相应功能的检定项目执行本规程。
本规程不适用于标准电能表、数字化电能表（被测电压、电流为数字量的电能表）的检定。
