GB/T 16857.10-2022 Geometrical product specifications(GPS)—Acceptance and reverification tests for coordinate measuring systems (CMS)—Part 10:Laser trackers
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the acceptance test specifications for verifying the performance of laser trackers specified by manufacturers by measuring the reference test length; it also specifies the re-verification test specifications for users to regularly re-verify the performance of laser trackers.
The acceptance tests and re-verification tests specified in this document are applicable to laser trackers with detection systems consisting of reflective targets or a combination of reflective targets and probe/optical ranging sensors. The acceptance tests and re-verification tests specified in this document can also be applied to:
——Laser trackers that use interferometers (IFM) and absolute distance meters (ADM) for measurement, either independently or simultaneously;
——Other spherical coordinate measurement systems that use cooperative targets, such as laser radar systems using cooperative targets.
Note: Systems without tracking targets, such as laser radar systems that do not use cooperative targets, do not have their detection performance tested.
This document is not explicitly applicable to measurement systems that do not use the spherical coordinate system, but relevant parties can negotiate to apply this document to such systems.
This document specifies:
——Performance requirements can be specified by the manufacturer or user of the laser tracker;
——The execution methods of acceptance tests and re-verification tests used to prove the specified requirements;
——Compliance judgment rules;
——The application of acceptance tests and re-verification tests.
