Scope
This part of GB/T 38651 specifies the basic requirements for public information sign carriers, information production, panels, structures, lighting effects, and inspection methods for electrical devices. This part is applicable to the inspection of various types of public information sign carriers (including those without panels, with panels, structural, and illuminated types) installed indoors and outdoors. This part is not applicable to road traffic signs and safety signs.
