Scope

This regulation stipulates the material requirements, design requirements, structural design and calculation, and construction requirements for the modular design of the superstructure of medium-span steel bridges.
This regulation is applicable to highway steel box girder bridges and steel plate girder bridges with a span of 30 m to 70 m, which have the same height, width, and are linear and orthotropic steel deck bridges. Curved girder bridges, inclined girder bridges, and other span bridges can refer to and implement it accordingly.
