Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for colored polyester drawn filament yarn.
This standard applies to colored polyester drawn filament yarn with a linear density of 20 dtex to 600 dtex and a single filament density of 0.5 dtex to 5.6 dtex, with triangular cross-sections, three-leaf cross-sections, and circular cross-sections, available in glossy and semi-matte finishes, produced using direct dyeing technology. Other colored polyester drawn filament yarns may be used as reference for application.
