This part of GB 14196 specifies the safety and interchangeability requirements for halogen tungsten lamps for general lighting. It includes halogen tungsten lamps that directly replace traditional tungsten filament lamps, as well as new types of halogen tungsten lamps that are not regulated in GB 14196.1—2008.
