GB/T 21098-2007 Lamp caps and holders together with gauges for the control of safety and interchangeability—Part 4:Guidelines and general information
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the principles of IEC regarding the standardization of lamp heads/lamp sockets of the same model, and provides guidance on the rational implementation of standardization for new lamp heads/lamp sockets of the same model. With the issuance of GB/T 6935.1—1997, in order to evaluate their impact on the current standards of IEC Technical Committee 34 (lamps and related equipment), investigation and research work has begun. In accordance with the decision in IEC Guide 104 to convert IEC reports into basic safety standards, the requirements for "creepage distance and electrical clearance" are given in Chapter 11 of GB 7000.1—2002. The basic safety standard GB/T 6935.1—1997 is consistent with the previous IEC reports in terms of basic principles, but has undergone editorial processing.
