DB31/T 552-2017 Guidelines for Reasonable Energy Use in Large Commercial Buildings

Scope

This standard specifies the energy consumption indicators, statistical scope, and calculation methods for large commercial buildings, as well as energy management requirements. This standard applies to the calculation and evaluation of energy consumption during the operation of large commercial buildings in four categories: department stores and shopping centers with a floor area of 5,000 m2 or more, large comprehensive supermarkets with a floor area of 1,000 m2 or more, home appliance specialty stores with a floor area of 1,500 m2 or more, and catering outlets with a floor area of 1,500 m2 or more. Other commercial buildings may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
