Scope

This part of DB31/T 668 specifies the energy audit and calculation methods for energy-saving technical renovations and contract energy management projects using heat pumps to replace boiler systems.
This part is applicable to steam compression cycle heat pumps or absorption heat pumps in industrial and civil buildings to replace boiler-heated hot water systems.
