FZ/T 52037-2014 Sea-island polyester and polyamide bicomponent staple fiber
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for island-type polyester staple fibers.
This standard applies to island-type polyester staple fibers produced with alkali-soluble polyethylene terephthalate (COPET) as the sea phase and polyamide 6 (PA6) as the island phase. The linear density before opening is 2.0 dtex to 4.0 dtex, and the linear density of the single filament after opening is 0.03 dtex to 0.09 dtex. The polyester staple fiber has a ratio of 25/75 to 35/65, a round cross-section, semi-matt finish, and natural color. Other types of island-type polyester staple fibers can be used as reference.
