Scope

This standard specifies a method for measuring strain gradients on the surface of microcantilever structures obtained by optical interference microscopy. This standard is applicable to microcantilever structures with a surface reflectivity of not less than 4% and whose surface morphology can be acquired using optical interference microscopy.
