Scope

GB/T 20674的本部分规定了聚乙烯(PE)管道系统电熔连接设备(以下简称“电熔焊机”)的术语和定义、分类、要求、试验方法、随机文件、维护、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本部分与GB/T 20674的其他部分一起,适用于燃气/给水用聚乙烯管材和管件用熔接设备。聚乙烯燃气用管材和管件是符合GB/T 15558(所有部分)要求的,饮用水及一般压力输水用管材和管件是符合GB/T 13663(所有部分)要求的。
本部分适用于以电压或电流方式进行控制的电熔焊机,电熔焊机适用于采用电阻丝加热的管件。
电熔焊机分为三种输入电压等级:P1级电压(SVLV,不大于50 V);P2级电压(LV,大于50 V且不大于250 V);P3级电压(HV,大于250 V且不大于400 V)。
电熔焊机正常工作环境温度范围为-10 ℃~+40 ℃。
