Scope
This standard specifies the minimum technical requirements and safety levels for typhoon-type wind power generation units (hereinafter referred to as "units"), and describes and defines various operating conditions of typhoon models and typhoon states. In addition, this standard also covers the requirements for the mechanical system, electrical system, control and safety protection system, and operation and maintenance of the units.
This standard is applicable to onshore grid-connected horizontal-axis wind power generation units in areas prone to typhoons. Offshore horizontal-axis wind power generation units can be used for reference.
