Scope
This document stipulates the evaluation principles, basic requirements, evaluation indicators, evaluation methods, and procedures for the environmental performance evaluation of the waste resource comprehensive utilization industry. This document is applicable to the environmental performance evaluation of waste resource comprehensive utilization enterprises, and the applicable waste resource comprehensive utilization industries include industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization, agricultural and forestry waste comprehensive utilization, renewable resource recycling and utilization, kitchen waste resource utilization, construction waste resource utilization, remanufacturing, etc. It is not applicable to the treatment and disposal of hazardous waste.
