Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for equipment used in the dismantling, processing, and recycling of waste refrigeration appliances and cathode ray tube (CRT) display devices.
This standard applies to the recycling and processing equipment for the following waste electrical and electronic products: room air conditioners, refrigerators, and other refrigeration appliances; computer CRT display devices; and televisions and other devices containing cathode ray tubes (CRTs).
The recycling and processing equipment for other waste electrical and electronic products can refer to this standard.
