Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for two types of fabric-reinforced thermoplastic hoses and hose assemblies for hydraulic applications with a nominal inner diameter ranging from 5 mm to 25 mm. According to the conductivity requirements, each type is divided into two grades. They are suitable for: — Hydraulic fluids HH, HL, HM, HR, and HV (as defined in GB/T 7631.2), with a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. — Water-based hydraulic fluids HFC, HFAE, HFAS, and HFB, with a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C. This standard does not include requirements for pipe joints and is limited to the performance requirements of hoses and hose assemblies. Note: Using the hoses at temperatures exceeding 100°C may reduce their service life.
