Scope

This standard specifies the models and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage requirements for general fixed reciprocating piston air compressors (hereinafter referred to as "air compressors"). This standard applies to air compressors with a driving motor power of 18.5 kW to 560 kW and a rated discharge pressure of 0.7 MPa to 1.25 MPa. Air compressors with a rated discharge pressure of less than 0.7 MPa may refer to this standard for implementation.
