Scope
This document defines the safety signs used in snow and ice sports venues, including prohibition signs, warning signs, instructional signs, and safety status signs, and stipulates the application requirements for safety signs. The safety signs defined in this document do not include fire-fighting facility signs. This document applies to the installation and use of safety signs in outdoor ski resorts, ice rinks, and indoor ski halls, ice rinks, ice hockey rinks, and other snow and ice sports venues.
