Scope
This standard specifies the classification and labeling, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for nylon 66 monofilament. This standard applies to nylon 66 monofilament with a linear density of 6.5 dtex to 223,750.0 dtex, corresponding to a nominal diameter of 0.027 mm to 5.000 mm, and a circular cross-section. Other nylon 66 monofilaments can be used as reference for application.
