本文件规定了弹性体改性沥青防水卷材（简称“SBS防水卷材”)、塑性体改性沥青防水卷材（简称“APP防水卷材”)的分类、规格和标记、原材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、贮存和运输。
本文件适用于以石油沥青为主要原料，以苯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯(SBS)热塑性弹性体为改性剂，以聚酯毡、玻纤毡为胎基，两面覆以隔离材料所制成的SBS防水卷材；以石油沥青为主要原料，以无规聚丙烯(APP)或聚烯烃类聚合物（APAO、APO)为改性剂，以聚酯毡、玻纤毡为胎基，两面覆以隔离材料所制成的APP防水卷材。
