Scope

This standard specifies the terms for the inspection of technical indicators of prefabricated direct-buried insulated heating pipes in urban areas, the inspection of the appearance and structural dimensions of insulated pipes, the inspection of the material properties of insulated pipes, the performance inspection of straight pipes of direct-buried hot water insulated pipes, the performance inspection of joints of hot water heating insulated pipes, the quality inspection of fittings of hot water heating insulated pipes, the performance inspection of valves of hot water heating insulated pipes, the performance inspection of alarm lines of insulated pipes, the performance inspection of direct-buried steam insulated pipes, the quality inspection of pipeline accessories of direct-buried steam insulated pipes, the performance inspection of anti-corrosion coatings of outer protective pipes of direct-buried steam insulated pipes, as well as the main testing equipment, instruments and their accuracy, data processing and measurement uncertainty analysis, and inspection reports.
This standard applies to the inspection of technical indicators of prefabricated direct-buried hot water insulated pipes and prefabricated direct-buried steam insulated pipes in urban areas; and the inspection of technical indicators of various prefabricated direct-buried pipeline accessories and joint parts of direct-buried pipes in urban heating systems.
