CJ/T 488-2016 Steel-plastic complex pipes of short pitch internal spiral rib for drainage inside buildings
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for steel-plastic composite and plastic short-pitch internal spiral pipes used in building drainage systems.
This standard applies to steel-plastic composite and plastic short-pitch internal spiral pipes for civil building drainage systems.
The use temperature of the drainage system varies depending on the lining layer and plastic material: hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) material is suitable for water temperatures of 0℃~45℃, with an instantaneous drainage temperature not exceeding 60℃; high-density polyvinyl chloride (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) materials are suitable for water temperatures of 0℃~65℃, with an instantaneous drainage temperature not exceeding 90℃.
