This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the production technology of Phyllostachys violascens (Carr.)A.et C.Riv.), site establishment, young forest management and protection, high-yield cultivation of mature forests, high-yield cultivation with mulching, pest control, bamboo shoot harvesting, as well as quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to the production and cultivation of Phyllostachys bamboo shoots, as well as their production and sales.
