Scope
This standard specifies the determination methods for aflatoxin M1 and aflatoxin M2 (hereinafter referred to as AFT M1 and AFT M2) in food.
The first method is isotope dilution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, which is suitable for the determination of AFT M1 and AFT M2 in milk, dairy products, and special dietary foods containing milk.
The second method is high-performance liquid chromatography, which has the same scope of application as the first method.
The third method is enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay screening, which is suitable for the screening and determination of AFT M1 in milk, dairy products, and special dietary foods containing milk.
