Scope
This standard specifies the methods for determining the alcohol content in alcohol, distilled spirits, fermented beverages, and blended beverages.
This standard applies to the determination of alcohol content in alcohol, distilled spirits, fermented beverages, and blended beverages. Among them: the first method, the density bottle method, is suitable for distilled spirits, fermented beverages, and blended beverages; the second method, the alcohol meter method, is suitable for alcohol and distilled spirits, fermented beverages, and blended beverages (except for beer); the third method, the gas chromatography method, is suitable for wine, fruit wine, and beer; and the fourth method, the digital density meter method, is suitable for beer, brandy, whiskey, and vodka.
