Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements for filling hydrogen into car cylinders at hydrogen filling stations (hereinafter referred to as filling stations), including the qualifications of personnel, filling sites, filling equipment, control systems, detection instruments, and quality assurance systems. This document is only applicable to filling stations that store hydrogen in compressed or liquid form for filling compressed hydrogen into car cylinders of fuel cell electric vehicles.
