Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage of float-type level gauges (hereinafter referred to as "gauges"). This standard applies to pneumatic and electric gauges for continuous transmission and indication. This standard also applies to the transmission and indication parts of pneumatic and electric gauges with control functions, whose control functions shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards.
