Scope
本文件提供了多结光伏器件光谱响应度（SR，Spectral Responsivity）的测量指南。
本文件适用于非聚光多结光伏器件。本文件中的部分内容也可能适用于聚光多结光伏器件。在分析测得的多结光伏器件的电流电压特性时需要使用光谱响应。
IEC 60904-8规定了单结光伏器件光谱响应度测量的要求，而本文件规定了多结光伏器件光谱响应度测量的附加要求。本文件仅描述两端多结光伏器件中各个单结的光谱响应度的测量。
对于在聚光条件下设计使用的光伏器件，若是要在没有聚光光学元件的情况下测量，本文件仍可能适用。
