GB/T 6495.3-2025 Photovoltaic devices—Part 3:Measurement principles for terrestrial photovoltaic(PV) solar devices with reference spectral irradiance data

Scope

This document specifies the basic measurement principles for testing the electrical performance of ground-mounted photovoltaic devices under natural sunlight and simulated sunlight, as well as the standard solar spectral irradiance distribution used for the measurements.
This document is applicable to the performance measurement of ground-mounted photovoltaic devices, used to compare the relative performance of different photovoltaic devices and materials. It can also be used to grade solar simulators in accordance with the spectral performance requirements specified in IEC 60904-9.
Note: Ground-mounted photovoltaic devices include photovoltaic cells with protective covers, photovoltaic cells without protective covers, photovoltaic cell strings, photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic systems, etc.
