本文件规定了线性和非线性光伏器件光谱响应的测量要求。
本文件适用于单结器件的光谱响应测量，多结器件可参考IEC 60904-8-1。光伏器件的光谱响应度可用于测量半导体或电池材料内部发生的复合及其他过程，因此本文件也能应用于电池的研发与分析。
