Scope

本文件规定了轨道交通应用中的绝缘配合,适用于信号设备、机车车辆设备和地面设备。
绝缘配合是设备之间及设备内部各部件之间绝缘的选择、尺寸确定和相互关系,在确定绝缘尺寸时考虑电气应力和环境条件,当电气应力和环境条件相同时,所确定的绝缘尺寸也相同。
绝缘配合的目的是避免不必要的过大的绝缘尺寸。
本文件规定了:
——设备的电气间隙和爬电距离要求;
——绝缘配合试验的一般要求。
上述术语“设备”指3.3的“部分”,它可适用于系统、子系统、设备、设备的一部分,或者是等电位线的一种物理实现。
本文件不涉及:
——通过固体或液体的绝缘距离;
——通过除空气之外的其他气体的绝缘距离;
——通过非标准气压下的空气的绝缘距离;
——在极端条件下使用的设备。
