Scope
This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, as well as ordering and supply of silicon carbide single crystal growth devices. This document is applicable to electric heating devices used for growing silicon carbide single crystals under vacuum or protective atmosphere by indirect resistance heating. Devices used for growing silicon carbide single crystals by high-frequency induction heating may be referenced for use. This document is applicable to physical vapor transport method silicon carbide single crystal growth devices, and other methods of silicon carbide single crystal growth devices may be referenced for use.
