GB/T 41666.7-2024 Plastics piping systems for renovation of underground non-pressure drainage and sewerage networks—Part 7:Lining with spirally-wound pipes
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for the "M" stage of strip-shaped profiles and the "I" stage of lining pipes used in the repair of underground non-pressure drainage pipe networks by the spiral wrapping lining method, as well as the quality control points for engineering construction and acceptance, and describes the test methods for performance requirements. This document applies to the spiral wrapping lining method for repairing underground non-pressure drainage pipes using unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) spiral wrapping pipe systems, including the production of strip-shaped profiles and the on-site construction and acceptance of lining pipes. Note 1: The spiral wrapping lining method construction equipment includes two types: fixed-type (Method A) and mobile-type (Method B). The fixed-type wrapping machine works within the working pit, and the wrapped lining pipes are advanced along the original pipe; the mobile-type wrapping machine moves within the original pipe as the spiral lining pipes are formed. According to the lining pipe diameter control scheme, the fixed-type spiral wrapping method is typically divided into Method A1 (fixed-diameter type) and Method A2 (expansion type), which are parallel to Method B (mobile-head type). Note 2: The technical content of this document is based on PVC-U strip-shaped profiles with an integrated locking structure and their spiral-wrapped lining pipes.
